NJAR Management LLC handles all aspects of your tenancy, including rent collection, maintenance requests, leasing, rental renewals, and so on. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the following information and instructions.

Online Tenant Portal

PayYourRent Management program

To help streamline all of your tenancy needs, NJAR Management has employed the use of a program dedicated to handling the ins and outs of a rental business. You can access the software by logging on to www.PayYourRent.com & download the available app and setup your account. On your profile’s dashboard, you will be able to pay rent and submit maintenance requests.

 

To pay rent, click on the “Pay Rent” button in your accounts dashboard. There, you can choose a payment method and enter your billing information. You can also set up recurring payments and receive email notifications to remind you when rent is due every month. This way, you can ensure that your rent will always be on time and you won’t incur any late fees.

Late Fees

Per all lease agreements, Rent is due on the first of every month.  If your payment exceeds a delay of 5 consecutive days, on the 6th day a late fee of $50 will be automatically be applied to your invoice and an additional $10 on every day the rent remains late. This late fee shall not exceed a total of $250 per month.  

 

Balance delinquency - Grace period

NJAR Management has a 45 day grace period policy. We provide all tenants the opportunity to bring their account current before filing any legal actions that are subject to eviction. After a 45 day delinquency status NJAR Management will file for a court date to where you must appear before a judge that will determine your residency status.  

 

All late and legal fees shall apply.
